- From third parties
- Business contact data from partners or referrals; information from service providers supporting functions like telephony, ticketing, billing, analytics, and security.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and support our services (including helpdesk and onsite/remote support).
- Send service notifications, appointment reminders, status updates, and security/incident alerts.
- Communicate about inquiries, proposals, renewals, and account administration.

3) SMS Messaging Terms (10DLC)

system alerts). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-in: You may opt in during onboarding, via signed agreements, web forms, or by requesting SMS updates from our team.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will no longer receive SMS from the sending number(s).

Use of SMS data: We use phone numbers and SMS metadata to deliver messages, maintain records of consent, and comply with carrier requirements and applicable laws.

We do not sell personal information. If your jurisdiction recognizes “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not “share” for that purpose.

Marketing communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in those emails. For SMS, reply STOP.
9) International Users
We are U.S.-based. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
